We are looking to fill four Warehouse General Labourer roles. This role will support all internal and external customers at a high level, by safely performing the duties required in a warehousing and distribution environment order fulfillment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respecting and following all company rules & policies. Conducting all actions with safety, productivity, high customer service, professional courtesy and damage prevention as the priorities. Picking orders at rates matching the required accuracy and productivity standards.
• Replenish the case picking locations from the bulk section according to the direction of the Supervisor and/or the Warehouse Management System. Prepare orders for shipment to the standards required by all customers
• Receive shipments, verifying quantities, documenting staging location and reporting all discrepancies and damages. Unload trailers in a safe and professional manner focusing on avoiding damages to product and equipment
• Put away receipts according to the directions of the Supervisor and/or the Warehouse Management System. Load shipments accurately and with the care required to avoid damages to product and equipment
• Maintaining the warehouse in the state of cleanliness and organization required. Perform an equipment inspection and complete the inspection form at the beginning of your shift. Assist in physical inventory counts.

• Experience in the hospitality industry with wine knowledge being an important asset.

• Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Enjoy working in a fun, team environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Graduate
• Minimum 1-2 years of Warehouse experience
• Experience using RF scanner
• Midnight Shift, Monday - Thursday
• Valid walkie, forklift, reach certification, and MHE certificate with 1 - 3 years minimum experience
• HACCP / GMP knowledge
• WHMIS experience
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• Willingness to work extra hours as business demands
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing and able to make a strong contribution to the team every day
• Ability to work effectively in a high paced environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems an asset
Compensation: Budgeted Range – $25.90 per hour. The budgeted range will align with qualifications, including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements.
