As a Trainee Payroll & Labour Relations, you will provide support to the Corporate People & Culture team in payroll and labour administration processes, contributing to an efficient, accurate and compliant employee experience across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Support payroll and labour administration activities, including Social Security procedures (AFI, TGSS, hirings and terminations), contract management and absence administration.

• Assist with employee-related tax processes and flexible remuneration programs.

• Support communications and administrative procedures with public authorities and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate in labour audits and SCIIF-related processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.

• Assist in the preparation of documentation for public tenders.

• Participate in labour relations initiatives, committees and cross-functional projects within the People & Culture function.

• Provide day-to-day support to employees and internal stakeholders on labour administration matters.

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration, Law, Labour Sciences or a related field.

• Additional studies or specialization in Human Resources will be considered a plus.

• Previous internship or academic exposure to Payroll, Labour Relations or Human Resources is desirable but not mandatory.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is valued.
