Analyze warranty documentation and supporting evidence. Ensure accurate and timely handling of warranty interventions. What you bring along Technical education in the automotive field. Good automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems and service operations. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is highly valued. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and organized approach to work. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively within a team. Good English skills are mandatory. Proficient in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
