This includes Vehicle Distribution, Logistics, Regional Fleet sales and Company Cars. The Regional Distribution Manager job is the most critical of all Regional staff positions due to the massive impact this individual has on HMA’s daily business operations.</span></p></div></div><div <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor and control the allocation process to assure timely and equitable distribution.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate all activities of port operations to ensure vehicles are expediently shipped.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate all Regional Fleet and Service Loaner activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist Regional Sales Manager with other activities, i.e., auto shows, sales training, HDAA activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supervise and direct activities of department analysts.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain monthly / yearly department expenses within established guidelines.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Mentor and train DSMs.</span></li> <li helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Regional contact to Director of Sales Operations for all inventory, allocation and product planning issues. </span></li> supervisory experience desired.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated abilities in AS400, SQL, EXAM, QMF and database management.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent analytical skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
