You’re encouraged to break it and create something better. </span></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>The <strong>Sr. Costing engineer</strong> of Costing team for Crocs is responsible for footwear costing evaluation and negotiation to make sure products cost with accuracy and in reasonable market price range in order to improve margin.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You'll Do</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Follow costing process and timeline to work with T1 to complete each round cost submission with accurately and timely.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review each round CBD of NPI styles to offer cost reduction suggestions or raise up cost issues to relevant teams to drive cost reduction as early as possible during development stage and review all detailed cost to finalize it timely.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Negotiate pricing with T1 and T2 to meet margin objectives.
