POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring products and processes meet established quality and safety standards through incoming, in-process, and final inspections. This role supports quality compliance by documenting inspection results, managing customer RGAs and supplier NCRs, assisting with ISO 9001 requirements and audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and experienced in manufacturing quality systems, with strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Starting pay rate: $25/hr. - $27.0/hr. Schedule: On-site, Day shift, M-F Location: La Palma, CA RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul> <li>Perform incoming, in-process and outbound inspection, sampling, final testing and inspection of finished products and components.</li> <li>Promote and maintain a safe, clean and orderly working environment and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during quality assurance activities.</li> <li>Record inspection results (i.e., acceptance, rejection, disposition, etc.)</li> <li>Initiate procedures to ensure quality and specifications are met.</li> <li>Process, track, and follow-through on Customer RGAs.</li> <li>Process, track, and follow-through on Supplier NCRs.</li> <li>Assist with ISO 9001 Compliance requirements and Internal audits.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: H/S diploma and/or equivalent.
