This role involves the application of advanced engineering principles to support the development of innovative, high-performance, and cost-effective electric motor solutions.<br><br></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Electromagnetic design of Asynchronous, Synchronous Reluctance, permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance, Permanent Magnet Motor<br>• Internal calculation software development (Excel, matlab, Simulink, ANSYS, MotorCAD, Altair) <br>• Manage the project documentation (electrical datasheet, installation manual, testing procedure)<br>• Support the Application Engineering Team on new opportunities evaluation<br>• Support the validation team <br>• Support Quality, Manufacturing Engineering on manufacturing process development<br>• Support the purchasing department on validation of new and different materials</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Education and Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Master Degree in Engineering (Electric, Mechatronics, Electronics preferred)</li> <li>3 year(s) of progressive experience in a similar role (in automotive field is considered as a plus)</li> <li>English: B2/C1 (written, spoken)</li> <li>Proficient technical skills Microsoft Office; PowerPoint, Excel</li> <li>Technical background in Electrical/Electronic products (rotating electrical machine)</li> <li>ANSYS</li> <li>CAD 2D</li> </ul> <p>Considered as a plus:</p> <p>• Matlab, Simulink<br>• Motors fed by inverter<br>• PhD in Electrical field</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Excellent analytical skills<br>• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and think forward<br>• Able to effectively interface with other disciplines in the organization to achieve result<br>• Demonstrated ability to drive results </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Compensation Data</H2> </div><div><p>Annual gross salary band: 30.000 - 40.000€ </p> <p>Canteen</p> <p>Remote working 2 days a week</p> <p>Flexible time</p> <p> </p></div></div></div>
