<p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p> <ul> <li>Receive RFQ request and prepare the Internal Business Plan.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate with related department (i.e. Process, Purchasing, Project, Plant, etc.) to establish the correct process, BOP, Tooling, etc.</li> <li>Ensure optimal process to achieve cost objectives.</li> <li>Analyze Business case to verify that the Cost Structure is the optimal.</li> <li>Develop timeline and responsibilities for new quotes (Local / Global) to ensure customer deadlines.</li> <li>Responsible for ECR related cost estimation.</li> <li>Facilitate the communication with our GESTAMP division in each region for cost estimation globally.</li> <li>Work with sales managers to understand China OEM/competitor</li> <li>Work with global sales to understand overseas OEM/competitor •</li> <li>Benchmarking and analysis quotes through previous projects and market investigation.</li> <li>Checking that the declared rates for Material, Labour and Overheads, are coherent with the Cost Structures.</li> <li>Provide Monthly report such as Raw Material, components, others as well data reporting, historical trends, forecasting etc.</li> <li>Prepare Handover Information for Awarded Business.</li> <li>Prepare Handover Business Case for SOP projects.</li> <li>Complete TC/PLCM/GMS tasks on time.</li> <li>Perform other duties as required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li> Engineering Degree required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge and Education</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 years or above Costing work experience required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficient English communication skills.</li> <li>AUTO or related Metal forming or Chassis components will be preferred.</li> <li>Have a strong ability to withstand pressure and solve problems.</li> <li>Knowledge:</li> </ul> <p>• Good at Excel/Access/PPT.
