Tell us about your strengths and apply as a Organizational Development Expert - Group People (f/m/d) The Organizational Development Expert is part of the Group People function and works closely with the Organizational Development Lead, local People teams, and business stakeholders across the UNIQA Group. The role contributes to driving transformation, supporting strategic workforce planning, and enhancing organizational effectiveness across the organization.
