Summary of Role Purpose Reporting into the ER Lead, you will be providing expertise on ER matters across the business and bring external market knowledge around competitor activity and industry trends and share this information appropriately. You will act as an ambassador for KPMG through effective network. Working collaboratively with the senior business leaders, Employment Law Advisory Team, Employee Relations Investigation Team and lead HRBPs to drive a robust and high-performance culture, manage and mitigate people related risks.
