Dübendorf <br><strong>When: </strong>upon availability <br><br></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your mission:</b></H2> </div><div><p>The role includes course management, regulatory compliance, training expertise, collaboration, and global representation in aviation groups.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your tasks:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Oversee course planning, administration, and the continuous monitoring of student performance</li> <li>Ensure that all course content adheres to regulatory requirements</li> <li>Create, design, and deliver training material for both classroom and simulation environments</li> <li>Provide support for training development, colleagues and other departments as needed</li> <li>Act as representative of Skyguide and the Skyguide Academy at international working groups, project groups and teams as necessary; maintain a professional demeanour and appearance for these interactions</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What we are looking for:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in both Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred. Note: While an EASA ATCO license issued in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/340 is preferred, the appropriate differences training for license conversion will be provided for the right candidate who holds an ICAO issued ATCO license</li> <li>Must hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate desired</li> <li>Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening</li> <li>Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions</li> <li>English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><strong><br>What we offer:</strong></span><br>We offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
