<p>Are you driven by analysing, solving and communicating clear, actionable recommendations to business challenges? Would you like to translate industry, consumer, competitor and product data into insights within a global organisation? </p> <p><strong>Deliver insights and recommendations that influence decisions across a global business</strong><br>As a Market Intelligence Analyst, you will join our Consumer &amp; Market Intelligence team within Global Marketing in Copenhagen. Working with global and regional stakeholders across departments, you will play an important role in helping decision-makers understand market developments, consumer needs, product performance and competitor activity.</p> <p>In your first months, you will gain a strong understanding of how ECCO builds collections, how data supports decision-making and how the team works within the agile Scrum framework. Over time, you will grow into a trusted partner to stakeholders and take ownership of recurring projects and analytical deliverables.</p> <p>More specifically, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Generate industry, consumer, product and competitor insights using both quantitative and qualitative methods.</li> <li>Translate data into clear recommendations, presentations and reports for stakeholders across the business.</li> <li>Collaborate with colleagues globally to understand business challenges and identify opportunities.</li> <li>Support key milestones in the collection and product development process through analysis, testing and market intelligence.</li> <li>Contribute to developing and improving our analytical tools, reporting capabilities and data visualisation environment.</li> </ul> <p>You will become part of a collaborative and curious team that values knowledge-sharing, continuous learning and open dialogue. Together, we support key business processes and strategic initiatives by transforming complex data into insights and recommendations that create business value. The role includes regular travel to ECCO HQ in Tønder, typically a couple of nights per month, where you will collaborate with Category and Design teams.</p> <p><strong>Use your analytical mindset to uncover meaningful insights</strong><br>You enjoy exploring data, identifying patterns and connecting information to business opportunities. At the same time, you can communicate your findings in a way that is accessible and actionable for a wide range of stakeholders. You are curious, collaborative and motivated by learning and developing your expertise in a global environment.</p> <p>To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:</p> <ul> <li>Hold a bachelor&apos;s or master&apos;s degree in economics, business administration, social sciences or a related field.</li> <li>Bring at least two years of relevant experience within analytics, market intelligence, consumer insights or a similar area.</li> <li>Have a strong business acumen and analytical approach to problem-solving.</li> <li>Are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience with data visualisation software (e.g. Power BI) and SQL (Snowflake) is an advantage but not required.</li> <li>Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.</li> <li>Build positive relationships with stakeholders and enjoy working across teams and functions.</li> </ul> <p>Experience with market intelligence platforms, qualitative research or the fashion and footwear industry is advantageous, but not a requirement.</p> <p>At ECCO, we know that great candidates may not meet every requirement listed.
