We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PMO professional to join our Newcastle team. In this role, you will apply your experience and specialist knowledge to help clients deliver complex change and transformation programmes through effective project governance, planning, reporting and stakeholder management. You’ll be part of our Consulting Service Delivery (CSD) team in Newcastle, which specialises in the operational delivery of engagements which help our clients with their business challenges. Your Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work effectively as part of operational delivery teams to support clients with PMO, transformation and broader Consulting engagements</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead coordination of project teams, ensuring delivery activities run smoothly and in line with EY standards</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Design and maintain effective governance, reporting and control processes to support successful programme delivery</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Supervise and support junior team members, providing coaching, feedback and ongoing professional development</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Act as a workplace coach for assigned junior colleagues, providing coaching, performance feedback, pastoral and development support</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review and professional environment</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience supporting project governance, reporting, planning, stakeholder management, risk and issue management, or transformation delivery activities</li> <li style="line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience coordinating project
