As a Manager – Organization and Workforce Transformation within our People Consulting team, you will lead and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across Workforce Strategy, and Talent Management solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with senior client stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions spanning Talent Management Framework, Total Rewards, Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, and HR analytics. You will play a key role in translating business strategy into actionable workforce and HR interventions that deliver measurable impact. Your Key Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Lead Organization and Workforce Transformation engagements, focusing on people strategy and Talent Management frameworks including competency management, Career Framework, succession planning etc.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Deliver Total Rewards solutions, including job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, and benefits strategy design.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Deliver leadership assessment and development programs, including 360-degree assessments and targeted capability-building initiatives.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Lead Strategic Workforce Planning projects, including demand-supply analysis, scenario planning, and workforce optimization strategies.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Leverage HR analytics to generate data-driven insights, enabling informed decision-making and improved workforce outcomes.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder sessions to drive alignment, co-create solutions, and support transformation adoption.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Develop thought leadership, point-of-view (PoV) content, and reusable tools/assets to strengthen capabilities and support client solutioning.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Stay informed on emerging HR trends, tools, and leading practices to enhance solution design and delivery.</li> </ul> What You’ll Need to Succeed <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Strong understanding of Organization and Workforce Transformation, including People strategy, Workforce planning and Talent Management practices.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Expertise in Total Rewards, including Job Evaluation, Compensation Benchmarking, and benefits strategy.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Experience in psychometric assessments, competency frameworks, and talent assessment methodologies.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Proficiency in HR analytics, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making approaches.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams and meeting timelines.</li> </ul> To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have: <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">10+ years of experience in HR consulting, organization and workforce transformation, or related advisory roles.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide Talent Management initiatives.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, CIPD, SHRM, or psychometric assessment certifications) are an advantage.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Experience in professional services or global consulting environments is preferred.</li> </ul> Who we are At EY, we support you in achieving your unique potential wherever you are in the world - both personally and professionally.
