Advanced Analyst – Business Valuations As part of our EY-Valuations team, you will help clients understand the value of their business, securities, intellectual property, intangibles and other assets. The opportunity We are looking for Advanced Analyst with expertise in Business Valuation to join EY-VME (Valuation, Modelling and Economics). Your key responsibilities Work on valuation engagements for financial reporting, tax, and management planning purposes. <ul> <li>Exposure to engagements for intangible business valuations across management planning; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); financial reporting; tax and regulatory compliance; restructuring and reorganisation; and corporate strategy under US GAAP (including ASC 350, ASC 805, ASC 842, ASC 820 and other relevant guidance).</li> <li>Experience with secondary research, report writing and detailed financial modelling.</li> <li>Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.
