style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures (e.g. DRD, OID, Intercompany Deferrals, Corporate Actions, etc.)</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Basic experience with corporate taxation, consolidations and a solid knowledge of ASC 740, Form 1120PC, Form 1120L.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Income tax support for income tax experience for Insurance companies as well as C Corporations</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Basic Experience in applying the IRS rules regarding
