The opportunity The Implementation Senior plays a key role in executing various phases within an implementation project. This role is expected to anchor and collaborate with team members in setting up implementation plan & metrics, regular monitoring of processes, ensuring controls are in place, risk analyses are performed for every process, adequate training of resources, establishing communication channels with various internal/ external teams for long terms' success. Your key responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience in transition management, project management and transformational initiatives within a large-scale, global environment.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">An ideal candidate must have managed and executed large multi country, multi service, complex implementations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Execute detailed transition plans, including risk assessments and milestone tracking.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all transition activities are completed on schedule and in alignment with client requirements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Facilitate knowledge transfer and process documentation to ensure operational continuity.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor and report on transition progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Engage with stakeholders at all levels, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the transition lifecycle.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Project management -
