The role focuses on HV inverters, DC‑DC converters, and On‑Board Chargers (OBC), ensuring robust EE architecture and scalable solutions for automotive applications.</p> <h2><strong>Your Key Responsibilities: </strong></h2> <p>Knowledge on HV inverter, DC-DC & OBC architectureDesign and develop power electronics circuits (Gate drivers, DC‑link, Sensors, EMC filters, Isolated and non-isolated power supplies, IGBT/SiC based Power Modules).Test and analyze gate/control boards.Perform simulations (LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink), WCA (Mathcad), FMES/DFMEA supportDevelop test plans and execute design verification.Work with semiconductor suppliers and partners to improve reliability, cost, and scalability.</p> <h2><strong>Your Qualifications: </strong></h2> <p>Bachelor’s (must) and Master’s in Electrical Engineering (optional), Power Electronics, or related field 3-5 years of experience in High Voltage Power Electronics architecture and designExperience in deriving EE requirements from Sub system & stake holder requirements using PolarionDesign and development of Power electronics products mainly automotive traction inverters, DC-DC, OBCHands-on experience with simulation tools (LTspice, MATLAB/Simulink) preferredProficiant in performing WCA using MathcadUnderstanding of Reliability, Electrical & EMI/EMC testing methods for product validationFamiliar with semiconductor physics, packaging technologies (DBC, AMB, sintering, wire-bonding, press-pack, etc.) is a plusExperience in HV testing and validation mainly in HV Inverter, DC-DC & OBCStrong analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
