Your key responsibilities • Preparation of local ﬁ le and master ﬁ le as per the domestic transfer pricing regulations • You’ll act as the preferred advisor to multinational resort companies, addressing ad hoc transfer pricing queries • You’ll be preparing transfer pricing policy, planning reports and documentation to substantiate transfer pricing position taken • You’ll defend transfer pricing in audits and assist clients in responding to the queries raised by the tax authority during a tax audit • You’ll be assisting in determining the application of OECD guidelines on complex ﬁ nance arrangements, debt ﬁ nancing etc. • You’ll also assist in preparing or reviewing annual corporate tax computation, advising client on the tax matters etc. What we’re looking for Here’s our “wish list” but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
