What You'll Be Doing As our HS&S Coordinator, you will: Support the implementation of Health, Safety & Security initiatives across the site. Assist with workplace inspections, audits, and improvement actions. Participate in incident investigations and help identify preventive solutions. Support risk assessments and continuous improvement projects. Help track and report safety performance metrics. Contribute to the implementation of Trivium's HS&S standards and ISO 45001 requirements. Promote a positive safety culture by engaging and supporting employees across the plant. Partner with managers and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement. What We're Looking For We're more interested in your potential, motivation, and willingness to learn than in having every qualification already in place. We'd love to hear from you if you have: A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Occupational Health & Safety, Sustainability, Business Economics, Organizational Health, Engineering, or a related field. Around 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Health & Safety, manufacturing, operations, sustainability, or a similar environment. Strong interest in workplace safety, employee wellbeing, and continuous improvement. Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with different stakeholders. An analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluent English language skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
