HS&S Coordinator ( fixed term position for 1 year ) Food & Seafood Business Unit | Trivium Packaging Create a Safer Future At Trivium Packaging, safety comes first. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Health, Safety & Security (HS&S) coordinator to support our manufacturing site Buftea and drive our commitment to a Zero Harm workplace . In this role, you will partner with plant leadership team, and operational stakeholders to strengthen safety performance, ensure compliance, and build a strong safety culture. What You'll Do Support and coordinate HS&S initiatives Assist site audits, assessments, and follow-up actions. Support accident investigations and drive preventive measures. Deliver risk assessments, and safety improvement programs. Assist monitor HS&S performance and ensure accurate reporting. Support the implementation of Trivium standards and ISO 45001 requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to plant management and HS&S teams. What You'll Bring Several years of Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment. NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) and knowledge of ISO 45001. Experience with audits, incident investigations, and risk management. Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels. Fluent in English.
