<p><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong></p> <p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Project Manager</strong> to lead and manage <strong>large-scale ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and BMS (Building Management System) greenfield projects</strong>, particularly within <strong>complex environments such as hospitals or airports</strong>.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in planning, cost control, and project execution.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p>• Lead the end-to-end delivery of ELV and BMS greenfield projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through to completion.</p> <p>• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with overall project milestones.</p> <p>• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring deliverables meet timeline, quality, and scope requirements.</p> <p>• Manage project financials, including:</p> <ul> <li>Project cash flow tracking</li> <li>Cost control and budgeting</li> <li>Estimation at Completion (EAC)</li> </ul> <p>• Prepare and present monthly project reports, including updates on:</p> <ul> <li>Project schedule status</li> <li>Cost performance and budget tracking</li> <li>Key risks and mitigation actions</li> </ul> <p>• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.</p> <p>• Manage and respond to client and stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.</p> <p>• Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financial risks.</p> <p>• Oversee site execution activities, working closely with engineering teams to ensure proper implementation.</p> <p>• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and project specifications.</p> <p><strong><u> </u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p> <p>• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline.</p> <p>• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in:</p> <ul> <li>ELV systems (e.g. CCTV, access control, structured cabling, security systems)</li> <li>BMS (Building Management Systems)</li> <li>Large-scale infrastructure projects</li> </ul> <p>• Proven experience in greenfield projects within hospitals, airports, or similar complex environments.</p> <p>• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and planning.</p> <p>• Hands-on experience in:</p> <ul> <li>Project cash flow management</li> <li>Cost control and Estimation at Completion (EAC)</li> </ul> <p>• Experience preparing and presenting monthly project reports for schedule and cost tracking.</p> <p>• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, contract management, and site coordination.</p> <p>• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both external clients and internal teams.</p> <p>• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes project environment.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Preferred Skills</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with system integrators or main contractors</li> <li>Familiarity with hospital or airport regulatory and operational environments</li> <li>PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification</li> <li>Knowledge of digitisation, smart building systems, or IoT integration</li> </ul>
