This position can be involved in the care of a range of general paediatric surgical patients including surgical sub-specialities and neonatal surgical conditions. Working within one of the busiest paediatric surgical services in Australasia, this role offers excellent supervision by consultant and senior registrar staff with great exposure to a wide variety of surgical conditions. The position will run from the 10th of August 2026 to the 22nd of November 2026 to cover maternoty leave. It is most suitable for a registrar with some prior exposure to Paediatric Surgery. It is not suitable for an overseas candidate unless they currently hold medical registration in Australia.
