He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role: As a Sales & Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them plan and enjoy their journey with Great Journeys of New Zealand. Based in Christchurch, on a 7-day rotating roster work environment, this role combines customer service, sales, and operational support. You will assist retail, wholesale, and group customers and their agents, process bookings accurately, and provide expert travel advice. You will also support passengers at Christchurch Railway Station and help ensure a smooth check-in experience.
