We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together are changing the way the world communicates.</p> <p>This posting is for an existing vacancy.</p> <p>Requisition ID: 77995 </p> <p> </p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Knowledge of administering Windows Server 2012 and above</li> <li>Knowledge of maintaining and troubleshooting Laptop / Desktops with client OS windows 7 and above.</li> <li>Knowledge of handling basic network configuration related activities – Stacking Cisco Switches, configuring network ports for VLAN, troubleshooting client related network issues.</li> <li>Knowledge of troubleshooting infrastructure hardware such Servers, Network equipment, UPS, etc.</li> <li>Plan, coordinate, and execute product installations, product upgrades, patch installations and hot fix installations</li> <li>Create, manage, and maintain documentation related to the managed systems and operation</li> <li>Housekeeping of servers, knowledge of ROBOCOPY related tools.</li> <li>Knowledge of Office365 / Teams.</li> <li>Support all installation activities with complete documentation</li> <li>Update the Infrastructure team lead on the project progress and status.</li> <li>Implement changes through Change Management Process on system components. Ensure change impact is evaluated, contingency plan and test plans are created to support the change request.</li> <li>Identify, isolate, resolve, escalate and close incident/problem ticket According to ITSM Incident/Problem Management Process.</li> <li>Work with principal hardware or software vendors to resolve problems and implement new technologies.</li> <li>Perform daily system health check</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in a Information Technology or similar studies with at least 3-5 years relevant experience in IT Network, desktop and server support.</li> <li>Preferably candidate proficient in office network, Windows server and user support role</li> <li>Able to communicate ideas effectively.</li> <li>Able to work under pressure and must be results-oriented.</li> <li>Analytical and meticulous in his work.</li> <li>Able to work independently and multi-task.</li> <li>Good working attitude</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team</li> <li>Demonstrate initiative</li> </ul></div></div></div><p> </p> <p>The typical pay range for an intern is currently CAD $25.00 - $44.00 per hour.
