You’ll build meaningful, strategic relationships with key customers and distributor partners, ensuring the successful execution of programs, priorities, and growth initiatives across a dynamic portfolio of wine and spirits brands. In this role, you’ll spend time in the field and collaborating cross-functionally to identify opportunities and deliver strong business results. You will analyze market, sales, and forecast data to shape strategies, develop joint business plans, and expand distribution across both physical and digital channels. Your ability to influence, present compelling ideas, and align resources will be key to bringing new items to market and strengthening brand presence. You will also champion innovation and continuous improvement, helping maximize e-commerce and digital marketing opportunities. Acting as a Gallo ambassador, you’ll represent the brand with professionalism in the marketplace and community. Gallo Winery Sales, Gallo Affiliated or Non-affiliated Distributor sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of CPG sales/account management, retail sales/account management, or corporate business development reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of E. & J.
