In this role, you'll hold 24-hour accountability for your assigned area — overseeing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production or storage of finished goods, wine, and materials. You'll develop and execute a departmental business plan, manage performance across safety, quality, service, and cost, and ensure your team operates in full compliance with company policies, labor agreements, and regulatory requirements. From implementing sanitation and security programs to maintaining accurate production documentation, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence. You'll also think beyond today — recommending capital investments, leading facility improvements, managing budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally to continuously raise the bar.
