Our global sales and service network provides our customers with a local resource for a wide variety of quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, warehouse products and support services to meet their needs anytime, anywhere.</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Job Posting External</b></u></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set-up, adjust and operate CNC control punch plasma to cut parts to print specifications.</li> <li>Load and unload sheets steel and sorting parts.</li> <li>Change and adjust tooling and consumables on production equipment as required.</li> <li>Inspect parts per print specifications, using inspection table and basic inspection tools.</li> <li>Move raw material & parts using a lift truck, jib crane, bridge crane, and material carts as required.</li> <li>Follow routings, work instructions, and control plans to ensure parts are produced to print specifications.</li> <li>Notify Supervisor or Group Leader of any safety, quality, or production issues that may occur.</li> <li>Train other operators as required.</li> <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Prior experience preferred</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Must be able to stay stationary/traverse 10 hrs. per shift.</li> <li>Frequently balance and push/pull. Occasionally bend, squat, reach above shoulder level. Frequent lifting and carrying from 0 to 40 lbs. Must be able to see, hear, use a foot pedal, and do simple but firm grasping with both hands on a repetitive basis.</li> <li>Must be able to work in a moderately noisy environment that includes exposure to vibration, dust, solvents, grease, and oil. Must be able to work safely in areas of lift truck traffic.</li> <li>Read blueprints and understand basic math, including fractions, decimals, and angles.</li> <li>Must have mechanical inclination.
