Key functions of this role are planning and implementing large capital projects in plants, assist in Facility management and support the REFCO (Real Estate and Facility Committee), executing standards for process, equipment, and maintenance within plants across the organization. Also manages the asset protection and reliability of plant equipment. This involves partnering with the local operations team, regulatory and compliance and outside partners to ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to designed specifications.
