This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electronic hardware products. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining product documentation, evaluating and improving existing hardware designs, developing test protocols, performing worst-case and failure analyses, executing engineering change orders, generating engineering reports, and providing guidance to technicians. What You’ll Do: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Design, develop, and implement board level design, simulation, and optimization of front end circuitry, schematics capture, PCB layout and component evaluation. </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Create hardware design description and block diagram as required.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Use a combination of logic, experience, analysis and methodologies to make solid, timely decisions and solve problems. sans-serif">Plans and create effective test protocols to verify and validate engineering designs to product requirements</li> <li This position is eligible to participate in the company incentive plan. The terms and conditions of the company incentive plan will be provided to plan participants on an annual basis.
