The role develops train-the-trainer initiatives, coaches ambassadors, facilitates learning sessions, and creates practical resources that help business teams understand and apply AI tools, standards, and processes.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and deliver train-the-trainer programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and office hours that enable ambassadors, trainers, and business teams to effectively adopt and communicate AI tools, governance requirements, and enablement resources.</li> <li>Partner with AI Platform, AI Governance, AI Architecture, and other technical teams to understand tools, standards, processes, and updates, translating them into clear, business-friendly training materials, playbooks, communications, FAQs, and adoption resources.</li> <li>Develop and maintain structured learning paths, reusable training content, and AI enablement catalog materials that support enterprise adoption and knowledge sharing.</li> <li>Coach trainers and ambassadors on presenting technical concepts, addressing common questions, and tailoring content for different audiences and business functions.</li> <li>Ensure training and communication materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with enterprise standards through collaboration with technical subject matter experts.</li> <li>Manage program schedules, content updates, participant feedback, and continuous improvement activities to enhance training effectiveness and adoption outcomes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What do you need to have?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree.</li> <li>5+ years of experience supporting strategic initiatives, program management, or business operations.</li> <li>Experience facilitating training programs, workshops, or train-the-trainer sessions, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.</li> <li>Proven ability to create engaging training materials, communications, enablement resources, and business-facing documentation.</li> <li>Strong presentation, facilitation, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts, cross-functional teams, trainers, and business partners.</li> <li>Experience coordinating training activities, content development, feedback cycles, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.</li> <li>Fluent English.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we offer?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Great benefits above law</li> <li>Growing environment that supports learning</li> <li>Equal opportunity employee</li> </ul> </div> </div>
