This role will contribute to growth, profitability, and cash flow by establishing and managing customer credit limits to support sales, while minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with payment terms. This position will sit onsite full-time in New Haven, CT and report to the Senior Manager, EAC Security & Operations. serif">Manage project scope, schedules, and execution activities for authorized Electronic Access Control (EAC) channel partners. </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Support project operations through JD Edwards (ERP) order fulfillment, including sales orders, purchase orders, and Return Goods Authorization (RGA) processing. </li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Coordinate and manage professional services resources, including installation teams, to ensure successful project delivery. </li> <li serif">Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, deliverables, and deadlines while ensuring alignment with business objectives. </li> <li serif">Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and required actions through regular stakeholder updates and progress reports. </li> <li serif">Partner with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including business leaders, executive management, project teams, and end users. </li> <li apply mentorship and guidance from senior project management professionals to enhance project delivery effectiveness.</li> <li Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. </li> <li
