Conduct frequent shopfloor GEMBA walks to identify gaps and implement improvements. Introduce team motivation initiatives such as SPOT awards. •Visual Management & Safety •Enhance visual management on the shopfloor and ensure safety compliance. Conduct regular safety audits with the 3PL team, identify near-miss cases, and take corrective actions.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Your Qualifications</H2> </div><div>•Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma. •Minimum 5–6 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations. •Good experience in manpower handling and team management. •Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations. •Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards Location - Hosur </div></div></div>As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
