DocAccess is a foundational shared capability that serves multiple internal squads and external client users across Real Assets, Private Equity, and Private Credit. Reporting to the Squad Lead, the role is responsible for defining and executing the DocAccess roadmap, translating upstream business and regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities, and ensuring the service evolves to meet the needs of a growing number of consuming squads and end clients. The ideal candidate will combine strong platform product thinking with a working knowledge of document management, access control, API-based integrations, and data governance. They will operate at the intersection of Technology, Operations, Client Services, and Commercial teams, ensuring DocAccess remains a reliable, secure, and extensible service across the ADI ecosystem.
