Work you’ll do This role sits within the Technology, Strategy & Transformation team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, focused on implementation & delivery of projects. <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery efficiency, optimize governance processes, and implement best practices across programs and portfolios.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to address project risks, issues, and dependencies, while contributing solutions to complex business challenges.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Perform project analysis, track key performance indicators, and prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Maintain accountability for the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of project deliverables and PMO documentation.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Support the design and implementation of project governance frameworks, operating models, and portfolio management processes to improve organizational effectiveness.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Assist in the development of proposals, project plans, business cases, and client presentations as required.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Continuously strengthen project management, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities through training, coaching, and hands-on project experience.</li> </ul> Your role as a leader At Deloitte, we believe in the importance of empowering our people to be leaders at all levels.
