That could mean conducting market research, analysing data, building business cases or developing client-ready outputs that move a decision forward.</p> <p> </p> <p>The work you do will help senior leaders clarify where to play, how to grow and what needs to change to deliver on strategy. You&apos;ll contribute to projects that span enterprise strategy, business design, business model innovation and strategic transformation across a wide mix of industries.</p> <p> </p> <p>Along the way, you&apos;ll collaborate with strategy practitioners and specialists from across Deloitte, including teams in Design, Digital, Data Analytics and Access Economics. The team works across some of Australia&apos;s most important sectors, combining deep industry insight, strategy capability and leading methodologies to shape the CEO agenda and give clients confidence in the choices they make.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Enough about us, let&apos;s talk about you</strong><br>You may have all or some of the following skills/experiences:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 years&apos; experience in strategy consulting, or in a strategy team within a leading organisation</li> <li>Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and turn insights into clear recommendations</li> <li>Confidence working with quantitative analysis, financial modelling and data to support decision-making</li> <li>Experience contributing to client deliverables, workshops or project workstreams in a structured and organised way</li> <li>The ability to manage your own work while collaborating effectively with a broader project team</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders</li> <li>A proactive, curious mindset and a willingness to bring ideas forward and keep learning</li> <li>Experience supporting project planning, governance or delivery would be beneficial</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Deloitte?</strong><br><strong>At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work. </strong>We&apos;re always learning, innovating and setting the standard; making a positive difference to our clients and our society.
