Ensure production processes comply with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Production, quality, supply chain to implement process improvements and provide technical support. • Select and validate production equipment to ensure proper operation. • Participate in new production line development and production launch processes. • Identify and leverage new technologies and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage. WHO YOU ARE • A Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in chemical production process design and optimization.
