Your Role: We are looking for Global Head of Supply Chain Planning Business Process Owner to lead the design, build and deployment of a new Life Science ERP process & system template. This role will be positioned with a strong link to our senior business and IT leadership to ensure process design ambitions are business-driven and value-focused. This role can be placed in Buchs, Switzerland or Darmstadt, Germany. The person in charge is tasked with leading a team focused on continuous improvement and innovation within the ERP framework. This role requires managing a team in order to make key decisions that significantly modify and improve development of our ERP template for a highly complex business area, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and global operational imperatives. The position requires engaging with senior leadership to secure support and buy-in for key initiatives and process changes. The role emphasizes the need for deep expertise in change management and a mastery in aligning substantial business changes with long-term organizational goals. You have experience evaluating operational risk and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize business disruption.
