Your new role In this position, you will act as a strategic advisor to the EVP of CPPS and their senior leadership teams, shaping organizational direction and ensuring the leadership, capabilities, culture, and operating model required to deliver on business priorities. You will work closely with EVP and EVP-1 leaders, executive leadership teams, the P&C Leadership Team, P&C Centers of Excellence, Global Business Services, and relevant partners across Legal, Finance, Communications, Strategy, and Transformation. This is not a direct managerial role, but it requires significant influence across senior leaders, People Partners, and cross-functional teams. The position is based in Denmark and has a global scope, supporting senior leadership teams and their respective organizations.
