The role provides project coordination, operational tracking, regulatory compliance assistance, and performance monitoring to enable scalable, patient-centric solutions aligned with Mediclinic’s strategic priorities.</p> <p>To support the delivery and scaling of Innovation and Digital Health solutions through hands-on coordination, data tracking, and process alignment. The role ensures that operational activities and digital projects are executed effectively and in line with organizational objectives.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS</b></H2> </div><div><p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p><strong>Project Implementation and Reporting</strong></p> <p>Ensure regulatory compliance, monitor tasks, maintain documentation, develop KPI reports, coordinate post-project tasks, support quality improvement, participate in testing, and support new project launches.</p> <p><strong>Administrative Support</strong></p> <p>Provide administrative and logistical support, coordinate training, collaborate with teams for implementation, ensure timely task delivery, and assist the Divisional General Manager Digital Health Transformation & Innovation.</p> <p><strong>Process Improvement and Strategic Alignment</strong></p> <p>Implement efficiency improvements, integrate telemedicine services, align initiatives with strategic goals, collaborate with departments, and support the Divisional General Manager Digital Health Transformation & Innovation.</p> <p><strong>Data Management and Reporting</strong></p> <p>Develop and maintain data dashboards, provide analysis and insights, and ensure regular updates to stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation</strong></p> <p>Ensure compliance with standards, stay updated on regulations, and maintain accreditation processes.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>REQUIRED EDUCATION</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>ESSENTIAL EDUCATION</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in health administration, Business Administration or a related field.</p> <p><strong>DESIRED EDUCATION</strong></p> <p>Advanced certifications or degrees in Project Management.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <p>At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, including 2 years in Innovation & Digital Health projects coordination.</p> <p><strong>DESIRED EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <p>Experience in Digital Health, Virtual Care and Innovation</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</b></H2> </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0"><li>Business Acumen </li><li>Market Research and Analysis </li><li>Communication Skills – Verbal and Written </li><li>Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills </li><li>Telemedicine business solutions </li><li>Virtual Healthcare and Telemedicine </li><li>Business Intelligence (BI) and reporting tools </li><li>Experience with healthcare product development methodologies such as Agile or Lean </li></ul></div></div><p>All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
