You must possess the communication skills to navigate challenging conversations while holding teams accountable for costs and internal controls. <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Arial, sans-serif">Experience: Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA with three or more years of experience in a manufacturing operations finance role, ideally within an FMCG, food or similar fast-paced production environment.
