OVERVIEW The Farm Tractor Driver is responsible for safely transporting harvested sugarcane from field locations to the conveyor ramp site. This role requires consistent attention to detail and sustained focus during long work shifts. The employee will operate in close proximity to canals, trucks, heavy machinery, and field personnel, and must maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols.
