This role is critical to ensuring timely, compliant execution of permitting activities, managing subcontractor deliverables, and integrating surveying and title inputs into crossing matrices to support scheduling and documentation.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Role Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with environmental, engineering, legal, and construction teams to manage and align permitting efforts across project phases</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and maintain permitting schedules post-environmental review, ensuring alignment with project milestones and regulatory requirements</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead the development and refinement of preliminary and final crossing matrices, incorporating input from internal teams and external stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee subcontractor activities related to crossings and permitting</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review and approve exhibits and documentation</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordination meetings with proper stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track progress toward agreement completion and deliverables</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure accurate and timely documentation of permitting activities, crossing agreements, and subcontractor deliverables for internal and external reporting</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify potential permitting and crossing risks and work proactively with teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure and maintain operational efficiency</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Job Requirements and Experiences: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related field is required</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">A minimum of five years of experience in renewable energy projects, infrastructure development, or utility-scale project management is required</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong understanding of permitting processes and regulatory frameworks</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in project management tools and matrix tracking systems</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlines</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE offices and field locations. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
