Construction Manager Altrad Permanent Coordination & Control of MEH Disciplines • Direct and coordinate all MEH discipline teams (Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC) within the assigned area • Ensure all works are aligned to a single, coordinated plan (PLOW) • Control interfaces between disciplines to prevent clashes, delays, and rework Coordinated MEH delivery • All MEH disciplines operating to a single, aligned PLOW • Installation activities delivered in the correct sequence and correct week Schedule adherence • High level of PLOW adherence across the area • Reduction in out-of-sequence installation • Reduction in unplanned / "00/00" activities Workface readiness • Workfaces consistently available, unobstructed, and install-ready • Prerequisites closed ahead of installation Controlled material environment • Materials correctly located and sequenced for installation • No unnecessary congestion within rooms • Reduction in rehandling and double handling Effective resource utilisation • Riggers used for lifting and positioning activities • Material Controllers focused on tracking and control • HSO / labour support used for movement and housekeeping • No role crossover Housekeeping standards • Consistent housekeeping maintained across all workfaces • Clear and safe access routes Constraint removal • Constraints identified early and resolved in a timely manner • Reduction in blockers impacting installation Safety and quality performance • Safe execution of all works • Strong right first time installation performance • Compliance with procedures and quality requirements Productivity and progress • Consistent installation progress across the area • Improved output through effective coordination and sequencing Experience • Experience coordinating multi-discipline MEH installation within a defined area or building • Proven ability to control construction activities in line with programme and sequence (e.g. PLOW or equivalent) • Experience managing interfaces between disciplines to prevent clashes and rework • Strong understanding of workface readiness and prerequisite coordination • Experience managing material within live construction environments and controlling material flow • Ability to drive schedule adherence and planned installation performance • Experience leading site-based teams and ensuring effective use of resources • Experience working on large-scale, complex construction or infrastructure projects (nuclear or similar preferred) • Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance within a controlled environment For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
