Your role As an Operational Controller , you will contribute to the financial and operational performance management of CEVA Logistics’ Car Carrier (RoRo) business. Within the FVL Liner team, you will act as a link between Finance and Operations , playing a key role in monitoring voyage profitability, analyzing costs and ensuring data reliability. You will work in an international, dynamic and fast-growing environment , with regular interactions with stakeholders in China. Key responsibilities Monitor voyage profitability and key performance indicators. Analyze revenue, costs, variances and KPIs , and identify key areas for improvement. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial closing and performance reporting . Ensure the accuracy and reliability of operational data and invoices. Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Product and Procurement teams. Contribute to improving tools, reporting and management control processes . Qualifications and skills 1 to 5 years of experience in management control, FP&A, Business Controlling or financial analysis . A degree in Finance, Management Control, Corporate Finance, Accounting/Audit or a related field . Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, costs and profitability . Strong Excel skills; Power BI is a plus. An analytical, rigorous, autonomous and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage multiple topics in a fast-changing environment. Professional proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), B2-C1 minimum , both written and spoken. Fluent English , essential to work in our international environment. Experience in transportation, logistics, shipping/maritime or automotive is a plus, but not mandatory.
