We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team and help drive operational excellence through safe, reliable, and cost-effective maintenance execution. The Opportunity As Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of mechanical technicians and contractors to ensure the safe and effective execution of both planned and unplanned maintenance activities. Reporting to the Shift Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, supporting plant operations, and ensuring maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will supervise a team of four Mechanical Maintenance Technicians and work closely with Operations, Reliability, Engineering, and external service providers to support the performance of a complex chemical manufacturing facility. </ul> Maintenance Planning & Scheduling <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Plan and coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and contractor resources to support effective maintenance execution. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Ensure scheduled maintenance activities are completed according to plan and prioritize resources to address operational requirements. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Support contractor selection and supervision to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Raise and coordinate purchase requisitions for mechanical spare parts, services, and maintenance materials to ensure timely availability. </li> </ul> Maintenance Execution & Equipment Reliability <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Lead maintenance technicians and contractors in the execution of preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Coordinate maintenance work related to equipment installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, shutdowns, turnarounds, and plant outages. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Ensure work is completed helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Monitor maintenance KPIs and prepare timely maintenance and shift reports. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Support planning and scheduling processes through accurate work order management and resource allocation. </li> </ul> Project & Continuous Improvement </ul> Documentation & Audit Readiness <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Maintain equipment certification records and ensure documentation remains current and audit-ready. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Develop, review, and update maintenance procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Support internal and external audits related to maintenance, quality, and related technical discipline. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, energy, or related industrial environment. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Experience leading maintenance teams, contractors, or shift-based maintenance activities. </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:darkmagenta"> Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices,
