About this role
The purpose of this position is to work in collaboration with the Education Project Manager to lead the overall day-to-day implementation of Education activities implemented by NRC Syria. The position holder will be responsible for managing delegated NRC education staff and supporting successful delivery of project activities in areas of implementation, Syria. The position-holder will be duty-stationed in one of NRC's operational hubs in Northeast Syria (currently including Raqqa, Hassakeh and Qamishli). The duty station may change in accordance with operational requirements. The position-holder will be line-managed by the Education Project Manager and will be expected to work in close collaboration with the Education Technical Officers/Officers. As all staff are currently field-based, coordination and communication will take place at the field level.
