Your responsibilities would include... Take ownership of our email marketing activities across all brands and continuously develop them further together with our in-house design and content team Create, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and support long-term growth Increase customer lifetime value through smart re-order, retention, and cross-selling initiatives Design and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve customer journeys and key repeat-customer KPIs Develop new ideas and initiatives to boost customer loyalty, for example through referral programs, loyalty incentives, or other retention measures Identify new target groups and translate insights into effective segmentation strategies and automated workflows Drive the strategic development and execution of lead generation measures across the customer lifecycle Explore and test new communication channels such as SMS or WhatsApp to create even more relevant and engaging customer experiences
