Location: Remote (must be available during Eastern Time business hours) Industry: Insurance / Insurtech Type: Full-Time Language Requirements: Bilingual – English & Spanish Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and tech teams to analyze business problems and propose solutions Plan and design simple to moderately complex business processes and system modifications Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Create test case scenarios and support business application testing Draft user stories and business requirements documentation Support QA, UAT, and release phases of projects Contribute to time estimations and procedural documentation Aid in understanding technical aspects of mobile/web apps Mentor other analysts and oversee their work as needed
