Responsibilities ● Configure and manage multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in-app). ● Design and implement real-time triggers for orchestration. ● Integrate RT-CDP audiences into AJO workflows. ● Configure offer decisioning, branching, and personalization rules. ● Conduct QA and testing of journeys before launch. ● Monitor live journeys and optimize based on performance.
